​Vendor hereby executes and agrees to this agreement for vendor space which includes all information that will be provided to you. Upon confirmation and acceptance by Robinson Ranch Co., the aforementioned agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein.  I understand that once accepted by Robinson Ranch Co. , no refunds will be made for cancellation by the Vendor. ​ ​TERMS & CONDITIONS  FEES & REGISTRATION Application and Payment: Your vendor registration becomes official upon approval of your application and receipt of full payment. Once accepted, your commitment to the event is confirmed, and please note that fees are nonrefundable. Payment Methods: Payment methods will be emailed upon approval. Do not pay anyone that does not email you directly from Robinson Ranch Co.  ​ VENDOR SPACE Space Requirements: Vendors must ensure that their displays and products fit within the assigned space, without extending into adjacent booths or walkways. Please bring your own tables, chairs, lighting, and any additional supplies needed for your goods. Location Assignment: Vendor locations will be assigned by Robinson Ranch Co. (RRC). RRC reserves the right to change or move vendor locations at their discretion. PRODUCT GUIDELINES Craft and Product Criteria: Craft vendor products must be original arts and crafts created by the vendor. Limited spaces are available for direct sales vendors and organizations. General description of products must be listed on the application. Legal and Safe Products: All products must be legal, safe, and appropriate for a family-friendly show. Subletting of vendor space is prohibited. Food and Beverage Sales: Sale and distribution of food and beverages require written approval from RRC. Vendors must collect and remit sales tax and adhere to fair pricing practices (Wholesaling, clearance, 'going out of business' sale, or other pricing schemes deemed as deliberately unfair competitive practices are prohibited. Raffles are not allowed.) ​​ GENERAL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS Attendance Guarantee: RRC does not guarantee specific attendance levels at the event. Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with local, city, and state laws, as well as the regulations of the Robinson Ranch Co.  Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for their employees. Vendors indemnify and hold RRC and event management harmless from any claims arising from the use of the exhibition space.​ Please review and acknowledge these terms and conditions, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
